B. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You explicitly agree that you will not upload, post, or transmit any User Content or engage in any behavior that:

• Is fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive, including posting fake lost or found items to manipulate community trust.
• Infringes, misappropriates, or violates a third party's patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights, or other intellectual property rights.
• Violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation, or would give rise to civil liability.
• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, offensive, promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group.
• Involves commercial activities, sales, contests, sweepstakes, or advertising without our explicit prior written consent.

4. Platform Role and Disclaimer of Liability

Our Platform functions strictly as an online community bulletin board and communication medium designed to connect individuals who have lost items with those who have found them. We are not a broker, courier service, law enforcement agency, or guaranteed recovery service.

We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the identity of users, the authenticity of posted items, or the accuracy of descriptions provided by users. Any transaction, meeting, exchange of property, or communication initiated through the Platform is strictly between the respective users. We accept zero liability or responsibility for any loss, damage, theft, physical harm, financial dispute, or legal complications arising from interactions between users met through our services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Platform is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Platform (collectively, the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.

Provided that you are eligible to use the Platform, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Platform and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
